About Ireland

Ireland is located in the North-West of Europe. It is detached from its neighbouring Island Great Britain by the Irish Sea and the north channel. Ireland is the 20th largest island on the earth and third-largest in Europe. Ireland with Great Britain along with many tiny islands are called The British Isles. The clime of Ireland is mild and divided as Oceanic presence. As a result, summers are cooler than continental Europe and winters are calm than expected such a north region. There are ample rainfall and cloudy sky.

Dublin is the capital and largest city of Ireland, which is situated on the eastern portion of the country. Euro is the currency of this country but Northern Ireland has been detached from the southern part that’s why it uses Pound sterling at place Euro. English and Irish both are Ireland Official language but Northern Ireland has no official language. Ireland’s population 92% part follows Roman Catholic as their religion but all other religions also respected there. Ireland has a modern knowledge economy and reliant on investment, trade and industry. Now, it has one of the fastest-growing economies in the world.

Student Visa Requirements

Student Visa Ireland, Students Visa Requirements for Study in Ireland: Application Form, Process Procedure for Study in Ireland Visa- Visa Requirements:-

For an Irish visa a student requires the following to be submitted:

• Valid passport.
• A letter of Acceptance from the college or university specifying the course and duration of the program. The program should have minimum 15 hours day time study each week. Also a fees receipt which is important as it shows that the student has taken the granted admission.
• If the college has taken out medical insurance on your behalf, details of this must be contained in this letter of acceptance.
• Testimonials or certificates are required to show that a student is qualified sufficiently to meet the eligibility criteria of the chosen program. Also a proof of English proficiency.
• Test scores of the IELTs a minimum of 5 or the TOEFL exams a minimum of 500 ( for paper based) or a minimum of 173 (computer based) are required.

NOTE : Any certificate must have been issued within 2 years of the expected commencement date of your course.Upon submitting the application candidates are also required to submit a copy of their passport. Original passports would only be required for authentication. The embassy has the reserve right for asking any other authentication. Incomplete applications would not be accepted .Visa processing takes about three weeks. All regulations consular fees or services are subject to change without any prior notice.
